I had never heard of Tamarin or Speculoos before I ran into a tasting at a local store. It is out of this world. To me, it's a cross between a graham cracker and a gingersnap. Creamy and sweet with just a touch of spice.
I have used it to make cookies (that turned out fabulous) and am looking forward to trying the cheesecake recipe. I've recommended it to many of my friends.
