Tamarin Rolled Cookies


Ingredients:

5 ¼ cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 jar of Tamarin Speculoos Spread
4 eggs
1 lb. butter

Directions:

Stir the butter and sugar until a smooth mixture.
Add the Tamarin Sandwich Spread.
Add the eggs to the mixture one at a time.
Add the flour to this mixture.
Stir this mixture very well until smooth.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours (overnight for best result).
Roll the dough out to 1/5 inch thickness and cut out shapes with cookie cutters.
Place the cookie shapes on a slightly greased baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 15min @ 360˚F
