Crust:
1-1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
1/4 cup Melted Butter
Filling:
1-1/4 lb. Cream Cheese
1-1/2 cup Tamarin™
3/4 cup Sugar
3 large eggs
1/4 cup Milk
1-1/2 cup Sour Cream
Preheat oven to 350°
Crust:
Combine cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into bottom and sides of 9” spring-form pan. Cool thoroughly.
Filling:
Be sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Beat cream cheese and Tamarin™ at medium speed until smooth and light, scraping sides often. Reduce speed to low and slowly add sugar until incorporated. Add eggs, one at a time. Allow each egg to be fully mixed in before adding the next. Add milk and finally sour cream until mixture is fully blended and smooth. Pour filling into fully cooled spring-form pan and crust.
Bake for 45-60 minutes. Cool thoroughly before cutting.
