We have called in the help of Belgian Master Pastry Chef Louis Dubosch, who developed some delicious, original and creative ways to use our Tamarin Sandwich Spread in other recipes.
Louis graduated cum laude from the Provincial Food Institute in Antwerpen, Belgium, in 1959. He joined his father Lucien in the family pastry business (since 1933) that Louis took over as second generation in 1970. For the next 25 years, Louis further expanded the family business. He added many national and international awards for pastry and chocolate products to his repertoire, before handing over the business to the 3rd generation, his son Luc, in 1996.
Driven by his love for the profession and his craftmanship, Louis was not ready to retire and took up teaching at the Provincial Institute for Aspirant Entrepreneurs in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium. In this position, even today, Louis is continuing to contribute to the profession and pass on his legacy and know-how to younger generations of Belgian pastry chefs and chocolatiers.
